No User Accounts or Submissions

Accuracy of Information

CouponNxt makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy, validity, or availability of any coupon or deal

  • Whether a Merchant will honor a listed offer

  • Pricing, product availability, or eligibility criteria on Merchant websites

CouponNxt is not responsible for any changes made by Merchants, including expired offers, pricing updates, order cancellations, or refusal to honor promotions.

Third-Party Websites and Merchants

The Services may contain links to third-party websites operated by Merchants or other external parties. CouponNxt does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, policies, or practices.

All transactions, disputes, and interactions occur directly between you and the Merchant. CouponNxt bears no responsibility or liability for such interactions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Site and Services, including all content, design, layout, text, graphics, logos, images, data, software, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to CouponNxt and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The CouponNxt name, logo, and brand identity are protected under applicable trademark laws. Any unauthorized use, imitation, or infringement may result in legal action.
